Spring 2025
Ages
For Spring 2025 we are offering co-ed teams for both boys and girls ages 10U to 18U. A player must have been born on or before August 31, 2015 to be eligible to play with our club.
For those born on or after September 1, 2015, we will offer developmental clinics throughout the year to introduce lacrosse skills and fundamentals. This is the Rage Cubs program.
For High School, it is recommended (not required) that players should have a minimum of one year of playing experience.
Teams are based on birth year guidelines set forth by USA Lacrosse (click the link below to determine team eligibility). Players may play up one calendar year from their birthdate at the recommendation of the coach and discussion with the player's parent(s). Players may not play down.
When
Our season will run from March 1, 2025, to May 30, 2025. All teams will begin practice on February 17, 2025. Practices for High School will be conducted Monday - Thursday and Youth (14U- 8U) will be held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
WHERE
Practices will generally be held in either Bristol (Sullins Academy) or Abingdon (The Meadows Sports Complex or Latture Field).
Games are played throughout Northeast TN (Knoxville, Greeneville, Kingsport) and Southwest Virginia (Bristol, Christiansburg, Salem/Roanoke). There is the possibility for travel to Western North Carolina (Asheville area), as well.
EQUIPMENT
Rage Lacrosse has limited equipment, cleats, and sticks available for rent for an additional $25 fee.
Uniforms (jersey & shorts) are provided by the club.
A team store is available for parents to purchase Rage Lacrosse Club apparel.

Rage Lacrosse Club 2025 Registration Agreement
Rage Lacrosse will give those ages 7-18 opportunities to enjoy and succeed, develop their sports ability, and increase their self-esteem, teamwork, and leadership qualities in a well-managed environment.
No player will be permitted to practice, play, or be placed on a team unless payment and registration have been received. Should for any reason you be unable to pay the charges at registration, please contact the Rage Lacrosse board via email at: ragelacrosseclub@gmail.com.

Once registered families agree to attend practices, games, and tournaments from February 6, 2025, until May 30, 2025 (approximate dates).
**Any changes in scheduling will be communicated to families as quickly as possible via email, Crossbar messaging, and social media.

For now, all practices will be 5:00 - 6:30 PM until Daylight Savings Begins on March 9, 2025. Practices will begin & end at scheduled times after that date.

Spring 2025
Rage Lacrosse Club will offer teams ranging from 10U to High School. Teams are divided by birth year, reflective of registration numbers. Teams may be combined at the discretion of coaches. A player may only play up by one calendar year, according to birth date, at the coach's recommendation and discussion with the player's parent(s).
For players under the age of 10, we will offer clinics throughout the year to introduce lacrosse skills and fundamentals.
