The intent of this page is to provide parents and players with as much information as possible to get you excited about the game of lacrosse. Most of the information provided will be links related to lacrosse’s history, rules, and governing body (USA Lacrosse).

One exception to this is our Quick Reference for Lacrosse Parents. This downloadable PDF can be printed and folded to easily fit in your pocket, but also contains critical information that you’ll need on game day or when your 10-year old daughter is explaining at the dinner table how she “Set a nasty pick on a long-stick middie that let John get a quick stick for goal.” Click on the button below for this free download.

  • Chest Protection - must meet NOCSAE standard ND200 (effective January 1, 2022)
  • Lacrosee Shoulder Pad Sizing Guide
  • Mouth Guard - typical mouth guard available at Dicks Sporting Goods or other sports retailers
  • Cleats - lacrosse, soccer, or football, but no metal cleats
